A native New Yorker from the sandy beaches of Rockaway, Queens and Long Island, Chocolate Bar founder Alison sipped her first cup of coffee with her father at age 8 and put herself through college on the tips of customers while perfecting the technique of extracting a perfect espresso. Alison is usually found in the kitchen dreaming up recipes and eating the results before letting staff and customers in on the newest creation. She is known to drink a cup of coffee before bed, loves making monthly music mixes and walking her two rescue dogs. Her favorite Chocolate Bar goodies are the Spicy Brownie, Peanut Butter Hot Chocolate and the Dark Sea Salt Signature Bar.
